The purpose of this free course is to give you a taste of how powerful Trauma Release and Somatic Experiencing can be and what it can do for your life!

Have you generally speaking the sensation in your life, something is choking your potential but you cannot really grasp why? Well there is an high probability in this case that you are suffering under some kind of trauma, whether you know it or not, or even want to admit it to yourself or not.

In this course you will first be learning how to come here to really this moment within yourself and effectively open yourself to your own self in the stillness of your inner truths.

You will be learning how to sense and recognise emotional symptoms in your body without needing to use the black-boxed definitions the mind is always full of.

You will learn to intuitively asset your actual stress’s level and how you can reduce it.

You will learn about the somatic language your body uses as to express you inner state.

You will learn how to recognise your traumas and how they express through your somatic language.

You will learn a few methods and techniques which will help cooping with your traumas and release them progressively for good.

 

My approach

For me it is very important that you make the experience of what I tell you and not just hear my words as a sterile kind of teaching, like it used to bore you at school. That’s why I do prefer the live classes approach instead than simply recording videos. Indeed you will notice as you take part to my classes that you are likely going to speak more than I will do, then I usually pose questions, give you methods and techniques, while giving you the time to let them sink in and find their own new meaning within your inner reality.
